Oh, Sweet Alice! This precious little lady stole my heart the moment I met her. She was so unbelievably beautiful and had the sweetest demeanor—it’s no wonder her session turned into one of my most memorable yet. From the very first conversation I had with Alice’s mom, I could tell this session would be something truly special. She spoke with such excitement and love about all things girly, and I couldn’t wait to bring that vision to life for her baby girl’s newborn session.

When the day of Alice’s session arrived, we embraced all the delicate, feminine details her mom had dreamed of. Soft pinks, gentle creams, and subtle floral accents set the tone for a session that celebrated the beauty and grace of this sweet girl. From the dainty lace wraps to the carefully chosen props, every element was selected to highlight Alice’s delicate features and her incredible sweetness. During the session, I learned from her mom that Alice was facing a unique challenge—a portion of her left lung was not functioning properly. Her family shared that she would soon undergo a surgical procedure to remove the affected part of her lung. Hearing this, I couldn’t help but feel a deep sense of admiration for this little fighter. Despite everything she was going through, Alice was the picture of peace and sweetness, and her family’s love and faith were palpable.

Knowing what Alice and her family were facing made this session even more meaningful. As I photographed her tiny fingers, her soft hair, and her serene expression, I found myself praying for her health and strength. It’s moments like these that remind me of the deeper purpose behind what I do—capturing not just images, but the love, resilience, and hope that define a family’s journey.

One of my favorite setups featured her wrapped in a soft blush blanket with a delicate floral headband, her tiny features framed perfectly by the gentle tones.
